Sandra Tibbetts

Sandra Tibbetts is the Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of Customer Loyalty Concepts, Incorporated. Her responsibilities include all of Operation and Human Relations.  She works to improve caller performance while mechanizing the back room operations all in an effort to give our clients better information in an efficient manner.

A native of New Hampshire, Sandra graduated from Knox College and then attended Law School.  After five years of bankruptcy work, Sandra chose to give up her practice and moved to Colorado to be with her family.  Working from home after her father’s stroke, she became CLC’s very first caller.  This “in the trenches” experience has helped her relate to the agents.  She and her team of professionals designed, experienced and built work processes and software which are proprietary to CLC.   In fact, her legal background has been a major asset in developing standards and practices for our staff and callers.    She resides in Genesee, Colorado but will forever be a loyal member of Red Sox Nation.  In addition to sports, her main interest is travel.
