Christina Hetrick

Christina Hetrick is the Vice President of Sales of Customer Loyalty Concepts. She came upon the company in a dire search to find a legitimate work-at-home position so that she could be a stay-at-home mom. Her interest was peaked after reading the website and realizing that creating and maintaining customer loyalty was the company’s number 1 goal. Her employment with CLC began as a calling agent and within a year had progressed to doing sales for the company.

Christina’s background is direct mail, sales and customer service and she had worked in the direct mail industry for nearly a decade prior to her employment with Customer Loyalty Concepts. She has worked as account manager, production coordinator and list brokers on both the client and vendor sides and feels that this has given her invaluable experience to bring to her current position. Christina is the only one of our administrative staff on the east coast, though we do have callers nationwide. She, her husband, Adam, and their two sons and one daughter relocated from the busy Northern Virginia, Metropolitan DC area to the quiet mountains of Southwestern Virginia.
